Belden 2183P cables were designed specifically for optimal performance in 4K HDBaseT transmission. These shielded cables deliver 4K content over 100 meters in a unique, small, sleek design.
Belen 2183P is the industry's only cable to achieve the UL 4299 certfication for HDBaseT POH (Power over HBaseT). PoH is similar to PoE (Power over Ethernet), but has unique features specific to professional AV installations that involve HDBaseT. When power is run on a twisted-pair cable, the amount of heat generated inside the cable increases, especially in cable bundles. Cables meeting the UL 4299 standard guarantee fire safety and cable performance while successfully transmitting HDBaseT signals - including 100W of power delivery.
Combined with either standard field-mount plugs or Belden's new REVConnect connectivity system, it is the easiest to install, most reliable HDBaseT cabling solution available!
